With the help of memorable characters like Luisa, the safety officer, and Imprudencio, our lovable rule-breaker, we created a visual tool that transforms routine safety protocols into something people actually want to watch—and remember.

Beyond improving the onboarding experience, this project brings strategic value to Air Fan. By replacing repetitive safety briefings with a dynamic video, employees in charge of inductions can now focus on higher-level responsibilities. At the same time, workers gain a clearer understanding of safety procedures, reducing the likelihood of accidents. Fewer incidents mean less downtime, lower operational costs, and a smoother, more efficient workflow across the company.
